On 4 October 2018, Ms Nuria Gorrite, Cantonal President of the Canton of Vaud, cut the ribbon to signify the opening of cantonal road 177. Our lorry was the first vehicle on this road, accompanied by numerous invited guests.
CT had the honour of opening the RC177 to traffic in the official manner. The road bypasses the villages Penthaz and Vufflens-la-Ville and provides a direct link to the industrial area of Vufflens-la-Ville/Aclens and the Cossonay motorway exit. Since then, our new Cargo Logistics Centre Léman is not just connected to the express rail network, but now also to the national motorway networks, thus confirming its ideal strategic placement.
