The Rhine Valley-based specialist for crane and special transport services is withdrawing from operative business due to the lack of a succession plan.
In 2015, we developed a successful collaboration, especially in the crane transport and general cargo distribution sectors. Zünd chose to sell these business fields to CT because of the partnership.
The Altstätten location will be retained. CT will rent Zünd-Transport Ltd's current operating premises and offices. Continued employment will be offered to the around 50 employees, and the takeover includes all the different types of vehicles and existing customers.
Zünd-Transport Ltd will continue business as a real estate company that manages and let its properties.
