Dress rehearsal in Carì
CT made the impossible possible on Saturday 20 February 2016. All the paraphernalia for the bicycle race was transported in several HGVs from one stage of the race to the next. This ensured that the requisite material was in the right place at the right time.
In June this year, the mountain stage from Brig-Glis finishes in Carì in canton Ticino. According to Ticino's police force, a large HGV had never been driven along the stretch of road to Carì. Therefore, there was only one thing to do – a trial run – and that turned out well. Tour de Suisse officials breathed a sigh of relief and of course the CAMION TRANSPORT team in Cadenazzo was delighted.
