Switzerland’s best illustrators are using comic strips to recount bizarre happenings during the Tour de Suisse and those silent boyhood dreams about the race.
The publication contains 30 stories from the 83 years of Tour de Suisse, and portrayals of nine selected cyclists (e.g. Kübler, Zülle, Cancellara etc). Illustrator Marc Locatelli and author Martin Born are "fathers of the project".
Sufficient cash was raised through crowdfunding by May 2016. CAMION TRANSPORT – complete with logo – will be represented in the comic as a long-standing logistics partner and supporter of the great idea.
32 illustrators are now on the final lap. The vernissage is to take place on 7th April 2017.
