The Competition Commission (COMCO) today gave the go-ahead for Swiss Combi AG to acquire a stake in SBB Cargo AG.
We are very happy about the decision from Berne and the new tasks ahead. Even if it will be a great challenge, especially in times of the Corona crisis.
