Mercedes organises the FleetBoard Drivers' League in Europe, South Africa and China with HGV drivers from 18 different countries. In Switzerland, CAMION TRANSPORT came out top at national level and also took first place in the best team category this year. Worldwide, the company is ranked 15th out of 534 participants.
The transport company’s chairman, Josef Jäger, stated, «on behalf of my company, I would like to congratulate the four winners. The fleet result of 9.69 not only gave them first place, they also delivered an excellent result all round.»
Fleet manager Bruno Nef added, «it was the first time that we participated in the FleetBoard Drivers' League. We are absolutely delighted that we came out top at the first attempt. Our fleet encompasses around 500 vehicles, and 80% of them are equipped with FleetBoard.»
No question, the transport and logistics company will take part in the event again next year.
