On 27 September 2018, SBB Cargo AG’s Customer Conference was held at our new «Léman» cargo logistics centre in Vufflens-la-Ville, Switzerland.
At 11 am, the almost 200 participants were shuttled by special train from Olten to our terminal. The talks which followed, by Nicolas Perrin (CEO of SBB Cargo AG) on «Railway under control – creating the future», and Daniel Bürgy (SBB Cargo AG’s Head of Sales) on «Future services», were a valuable insight into the future development of SBB Cargo. Before the conference guests proceeded to the buffet lunch, Martin Bühler (CT’s Head of Transport) rounded off the official part with a keynote speech about CT and the general cargo branch.
In the afternoon, there followed a tour of our warehouses and a visit to various SBB Cargo «market stalls», where the morning topics were presented and explained in more detail.
The Customer Conference, which was run very professionally by SBB Cargo and our Team CTL, made a lasting impression on our impressed participants.
