In the morning, customers and partners were able to get an idea of the new logistics infrastructure and also to experience the mobility of the future. Under the motto «From theory to practice», the guests were given an insight into the world of alternative-drive commercial vehicles. In the afternoon, authorities, associations and the press were invited to attend the official opening ceremony.

«Efficient logistics is crucial for the economic prosperity of a region,» said Josef Jaeger, Director and Board President of CAMION TRANSPORT. This was followed by the guest speeches by Claudio Zali, Head of the Department of Building of the Canton of Ticino, Marco Bertoli, Mayor of Cadenazzo, and Adriano Sala, ASTAG President of the Ticino Section. They praised the commitment to environmental protection and sustainability, as well as our clear commitment to a future-proof logistics industry and the investments at the CAMION TRANSPORT location in Ticino.

Around 100 people were present. The high point was undoubtedly the official act of cutting the ribbon, a symbolic moment with motivation for the future. The successful history of the Ticino branch of CAMION TRANSPORT goes on inexorably.
